Mann, I think that firms will line up to buy this at $15 under the Moelis scenario... cos it is worth a great deal more. (Low risk, highly stable returns... yadda yadda)

The question is who would be liable under the lawsuits -- it would be the government, right? Rather than the companies. If government made that clear, I think they will line-up to buy this...
