Given there is no way to independently verify that, nor is DPT subject to public company disclosure laws...at the moment there is no way to really know that.
Dennis would have REAL private equity beating his door down if he really had such contracts...and he would have no need whatsoever to go public via merger or RM with a pink sheet. None at all.
All I am saying is that any “merger” would be one of “financial equals”. That is how it works. Therefore one look at BVTK’s balance sheet should tell you what DPT’s is probably like were they to consider such a merger.
In addition, it would require the issuance of equity by BVTK to make it happen...and they are running out of room to do that, so an AS increase or RS would be the only way to accommodate it.
