He has a vision alright and I think you just saw another glimpse of it. He just screwed shareholders (again) so that he didn’t have to put pen to paper so the world could see how dismal BVTK’s financials are. Now everyone’s touting what a great merger it will be if BVTK reverse mergers into DarkPulse, really? What’s so good about this? I suspect this will basically be the vehicle to wipe out of BVTK common shareholders (again). AND there’s that little think FINRA approval required before any reverse merger happens. BVTK is a disaster and from what I can tell DarkPulse has zero business footprint and works out a UPS Store mailing address.
He does have a vision and he’s been molding and shaping it his entire career. Now he is finally in a position to execute on it. Something very big is being built here. Watch
