Disagree, we already know why the audit didn't happen and that it was due to Del back taxes. He did address that in this letter and they are working on taking care of it.

He listed SEVERAL names in this letter that you should start verifying berdchild

When is Steve going to file with Delaware? It's holding up the audit lol.

He likely several years behind in filing at this point. He claims to be negotiating which I find hard to believe since he refuses to file.

He knows they will not issue a "Good Standing Notice" until he files and pays the taxes in arrears. So there's no chance of audited FINS.

He refuses to disclose what is the Delaware assessment, and what he hopes to settle it for.

He hasn't explained why he intentionally hid it from shareholder's, and excluded from the FINS and footnotes.

I say the total Delaware debt is $900k. Delaware taxes are based on AS. He can lower the tax by lowering the AS. Good luck with that.
