ADW - Thanks for the post. Their objective is a listing by the end of the year - I wonder when they first applied.
It would also be nice to know how long it took the Evraz Group and Novolipetsk, to achieve their listings.

Google: Novolipetsk (or Evraz) aim listing and you'll see a bunch of articles. These guys raised huge bucks through IPOs on the London exchange.

In 2005: Non-U.S. IPOs on the main London Stock Exchange raised over $16 billion this year, compared to $3.4 billion on the NYSE, according to Thomson Financial. That's an abrupt shift from 2004 and 2003, when New York outranked London.
