That should allow BVTK to delay its next filing. The transition 10K will be due 90 days from Feb 3...so about April 4th. But it will be an audited filing covering the previous 9 months.

There shouldn't be a 10Q for Q3 now on February 14.

Does that change the 10-Q to February 15th and the 10-K to March 29th? Effective this year. If so sounds like good revenue stream report.
