The Company had planned a merger with River Basin Energy Inc. (RBE) however this has changed and we have made an offer to purchase 100% of RBE. This purchase will be more advantageous to our investors as it does not
bring dilution to current shareholders and gives the Company outright ownership of all patents presently held by RBE

Dilution has been a concern of mine all along. I'm glad to see them do this, but curious as to where they will get the cash. Officers really have been flipping the bill so despite all of my criticism over the years, I'm glad to see them looking at their shareholder value (and ours). I had noticed RBE not maintaining their website so I was wondering what was going on. Still have the reverse split looming, but if we made it onto one of the major exchanges, I suppose it would be worth it.
