We were all part of the scam. Mr. Flowers thinks we are all stupid and believe that he was not responsible for the change at the NVSOS but rather some third party. Nearly three weeks ago the new co appeared on the filing and not even a tweet/ news.Then he sets investors up for a closing on the deal “next week” and late Fri states no deal on Twitter. In the meantime about 100 million shares trade. He never uses the news wire because fraud statements like this will land a CEO in jail. Unfortunately he doesn’t realize that a faudent NVSOS document is a crime and the feds will not let this fly because in integrity of the SOS is at stake. There is a paper trail here a mile long that leads to him. Hope he has a good lawyer because an investigation will come and I doubt that the feds are going to believe that last Twitter statement.
