Can one show when TRTC would show a profit from cultivating and selling MMJ in the State of New Jersey. I thought their wish was recreational.
"The Department of Health is not accepting applications to open additional Alternative Treatment Centers (ATCs) at this time. There are six licensed ATCs in New Jersey."
"WHEREAS, of New Jersey’s nine million residents, only approximately 15,000 are able to participate in the State’s medical marijuana program; and WHEREAS, in contrast, the medical marijuana program in Michigan, a state with a similar population to New Jersey, currently serves over 218,000 patients, and the program in Arizona, a state with a smaller population than New Jersey, serves over 136,000 patients; and" http://nj.gov/infobank/eo/056murphy/pdf/EO-6.pdf
BlumOak in Oakland started in MMJ and has over 40,000 patients and was in the red by 500,000 at the time being purchased by TRTC.
How many patients currently in New Jersey now ?
"Program Statistics Patient Registry Applications New in 2016 Total from Program Inception Patients Active 4,735 10,799 Patients Inactive 22 245 Patients Deceased 303 1,470 Patients Disapproved 215 613 Total Patient Applications 5,275 13,127 Qualifying Patients Registered* 5,060 12,514" total Is it really worth it for 12,000 patients ?
Looking forward to hearing a justification in setting up a cultivation , production and retail for MMJ in New Jersey where total current patients is 15,000 and could grow to 218,000 .......
