I agree. It doesnt make sense unless you consider its being done to adjust cap structure for a merger. We wont know exactly why until we know the company we are merging with, their cap structure, their pps, their revenues and business model. Too many unknown variables to consider. They will tell us more soon I think.
Hes using us to buy Nextcast. A previous employees company. The fact thay they chose to set up a new cororpate vehicle for a peoduct that UAT clearly designed and paid for. Is beyond me... we should already own it 100% UATG shareholders are paying for all this right now. Alex is using the OTC and lack of real accointability to his advantage. I get it its smart but only for him really.
