Either that, or he is clueless. Has to be one or the other, and both choices are bad.

LAM is robbing ONCI the way shares are issued agree Steve is NOT the problem and until LAM converts all its shares there will be pressure on PPS but they have huge revenue pipeline coming close to 10-15 million in signed contracts I expect them to have higher cashflows from now on and if you take 10% of 10-15 mil that should be cash position by end of March 2018 until then they have to weather storm like any other startups.
