NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Belvidere Town Council shall not make any
decision, take any action, or support in any way the action of any Board, Committee, or other
Town related entity which would support, sanction, authorize or promote the cultivation, growth,
manufacturing, production, sale or possession of marijuana for recreational use;"
