See in the micro cap world, aka OTC, these are all companies short on funding. So typically these stocks go through periods of dilutive pressure. This drives away interest and investment dollars. When a company can get all their ducks in a row an mitigate dilution it sets the stage to appreciate the market valuation..
In the case of NPHC, they are clearly on that path and the fact you have private investment houses picking up equity stakes tells me funding in the short term will not be an issue. Now a company can begin to tell their story and garner Exposure both in market presence and to investors. Couple in NPHC’s disruptive technology being marketed at the exact time when market is desperately seeking alternatives to the legacy problem.. well you have a perfect storm.
Fight it, toy with it, ridicule it at your own demise. This is not and will not be your typical OTC. Good luck.
