THEY USED TO DO IT THAT WAY..PENNY SCAMMERS now are smarter..they know if they do it slower over a longer period they still make the big money, but just don't draw the attention of SEC REGULATORS as fast... it also allows the pps to hopefully stay higher resulting in continued volume in trading and a longer scam.... imo
