That was my original logic as well. Enviroleach (EVLLF) gets 80% of the profit for their operations. Enviroleach are the ones with the processing plants, that will likely be a worldwide endeavor.

I still like Mineworx. Yes the tech belongs to them by contract. They get 20% of the profits, that they can roll into their mill project, but I do not believe Mineworx will be bought out. I think after the buyout of Enviroleach (if that happens), then I may put some funds in MWXRF. I'm looking at near term versus long term gains here, and in my opinion Eviroleach is the bigger, better deal to put my money. But hey, I don't have a crystal ball, anything can happen with either company. This is my opinion based on the information relayed to me by people that are much smarter than me.

This buyout talk is speculative at this point, as I have no inside information on what deals are in the works, or on the table. But appears to be the logical and likely scenario, especially with ETI being partnered with a company like Jabil, which is now perfectly positioned to do this.

This is all just my opinion of course....

If a miner or oil company leases your land for a royalty you still own the mineral rights, but that does you no good if you think you can sell it from under the lessee's nose after he drills to make a profitable operation. The lease is forever as long as the covenants are maintained so ETI has 80% of it all.

If JBL buys out one they will also try to take the other at the same time. They don't want to deal with one or the other of these dung beetle's forever when they can get both and own the space. For one thing I have never been able to get a straight answer from the beetles whether they are required to pay their share of capital costs on each new plant. If so, it is a pain for JBL to serve notice to those db and provide a feasibility study for each plant then wait the month for the db to review it then start sending cash for their share of the bills. Admin hurts bottom lines unless the gross margin is overwhelming.

It will be a double deal, assuming both parties agree with the valuation which isn't always the case.
