Assuming the EMA gets filed on the 12th with a licensing deal

Yeah, it's absolutely mandatory to give a big sludgy pharma in Europe a fat commission to hire a delivery guy for drugs and they will surely advance a huge bribe for obtaining such exclusivity.

On the other hand certain vandals have noted advertising and other false promotion is outlawed in more civilized countries than America and hefty fees for non-existent brand loyalty is unknown.
