If memory serves me I believe that Africa Energy is trading with the Horn Symbol and is 30% owned by Africa Oil.


I agree that it seems hard to believe that Total would be signing in to build a pipeline unless their discussions indicated that the oil will be there.

It was about 5 years ago. KH was CEO of Horn. He mouthed off about the wells as they were drilling. Guaranteed oil. Both wells dry.
