Still not explaining why Yo Adrian is still the registered agent and the company is located at some storefront Yo Adrian runs his scams from. All could be cleaned up by Monday if Lenny would just file with Sunbiz.org like some were telling us would happen weeks ago. Never did and most likely never will. Remember OTC filings can be bogus in Pinks as they are just a check the box filing with not much oversight but the state of incorporation must reflect current information or they will lose their incorporation.
