What was the terms of the purchase? That should be a public disclosure sense this is a publicly traded company. For all we know Lenny paid Yo Adrian a dollar for the shares and Lenny gives them back to Yo Adrian except that dollars worth. Lot of ifs and Lenny saids in this scam but can they be independently verified by a reputable source? Simple answer is no.
