To manage risk one mustn't overlook the potential huge risk of the IPIX $10MM pref. shares turning into a weaponized convertible debenture which would destroy shareholder value.

Objectivity is even more crucial when you are trying to handicap 'story stocks'; the balance sheet must be COMPLETELY devoid of potential financial trickery which, unfortunately, the IPIX balance sheet is not.
