Always has been.

This is different. This guy is just talking, working their way through
it. A lot of these type of plays have fizzled or went nowhere.
This guy is simply working his way through info getting opinions
of people who have been in. I highly doubt they will go doom and gloom.
Just somebody who is doing their DD is all.
