I think that the key is May 14th:
Meaning that Titan expects something to close before that date and get some serious $$$, could be either:
- Probuphine rights been sold again
- Agreement to pre-licence Ropirinole
- Molteni paying for the remainder of their sales agreement + a few other countries in EU (1MM$ per extra country)
- Malaria application being licensed..

Those are my candidates for May 14th ... I do not foresee further dilution at this price level..
