I wish I agreed with you, but I cannot. We know the safety trial is scheduled to conclude this quarter, we don't know that it will conclude in February. Anyone who's ever been involved or watched partnerships come together knows that they cannot be scheduled to be finished on a particular day, or even in a particular month. In reality, just one question by someone who must sign off can result in major changes which all must concur with.
My point is, you cannot guarantee news by the date of the Wall St. Conf. On the other hand, I believe that anyone who briefed to the latest presentation, but actually filled in some of the gaps would have a compelling presentation. To be clear, I'm saying that things like a Phase 1 Trial for fibromyalgia would not simply be stated, but rather they would describe how the trial is being run, who's doing it, how many patients will be enrolled, etc. Much the same can be said for practically every item shown in the presentation, we've been told things are happening, but we know almost nothing about them.
Certainly, I hope they have some real news before the Wall St. Conf., but I believe much of the real news can be found inside their most recent presentation, all that's needed is filling in some of the blanks. Of course if added to that they specify where and when sales of the cream or other products are to begin, then I'd say they'll have hit a home run, perhaps even a grand slam home run if it all comes together well.
