Everything you soloman said makes perfect sense.

I believe what soloman about a 2nd pr coming after TD and casing makes sense as well and have the same thing since I read the PR.

I also believe as I noted earlier this was a gift to LONGS and institutions saying what they could to those closely monitoring without causing a huge run, so that loyal longs and loyal instituional buyers would have an opportunity to at more at bargain prices.

It is my opinion they want loyal share holders to get the biggest part of the blessings to come. And if it were me I would loyal share holders holding as many of the companties shares as possible.
