I agree that the recently passed tax plan strongly enhances the business environment (that was already strong prior to Trump eking out a tiny electoral victory at the polls in 2016), but America is undergoing a trauma right now that could have a negative impact on the economy that goes far beyond some short-term correction. If Trump undermines the authority of the enforcement arm of the Dept of Justice and succeeds in establishing himself as above the rule of law, we will no longer be the country that was established by our forefathers when they wrote the Constitution of the USA.
As I wrote in my initial post a few hours ago, even if justice prevails and the dishonest, immoral DJT is impeached and ends up in an orange jumpsuit to match his complexion and toupe, we will still be suffering trauma like this country has never seen and our economy, and the market, will suffer.
It's you guys who are blinded by ideology, and the sad thing is that your sympathies are not being served by the man you are being irrationally loyal to. He doesn't give a crap about you.
