yes... we know that CKYS is not the manufacture of it from interview and PR. They never claimed they came up with it.
However they are marketing it in a way that work. Many manufactures of products never market products themselves, they go through other channels or the products being adapted to use in certain way. There is no need to be caution here. Same goes with USB Drive.
