I will try to find it and provide the link. I have read several bad articles about vitamin A. Bad stuff unless you take it in small doses. It is amazing to me how many multi-vitamins (most, in fact) have too much vitamin A in it. My theory (only a theory) is that it has killed a lot of people.
On the other side, I have read nothing but good things about folic acid. You need 800mcg daily of folic acid, but most multi-vitamins only contain 400. Some experts think that if everyone took 800mcg of folic acid and 400 iu of vitamin D every day, cancer rates would be cut in HALF.
