As for “buybacks”, “ASR’s” etc etc etc. -

BVTK has NO legal ability to do a buyback, no ECONOMIC ability to do one either.

Until BOTH of those situations change any discussion of a BVTK OS reduction through a BUYBACK is simply wishful thinking.

They have 1.5 Billion left in the AS and the Helpcomm acquisition has dibs on about 900 million of that amount.

An AS increase will be required before any “buyback” could ever actually be undertaken.

The flights of Bravatek fantasy are very entertaining but not close to being accurate. DarkPulse - direct listing to Nasdaq. LMAO! Hell, no one knows the address of DarkPulse corporate headquarters because it doesn't exist.

Where is the 8-K - for all of the pinkyland fantasies you described?

Then, as BVTK's tweet the other day stated, BVTK 'lends' DPT 'equity' (BVTK shares...~2BB of them) for DO to, in return, divvy out to HIS private shareholders as a dividend. .Then...Direct Listing to NASDAQ for DPT. "

What you are suggesting is nonsense - why didn't Cellucci file a 8-K?

As for DarkPulse doing a direct listing to go public - the absurdity makes it impossible to take anything serious in the post.
