GCP 1-2 Tenant Refuses to Pay Rent
Harvests Millions, Pays $0.00 in Rent
GrowCo investors, your payments are past due. You would be current except, the GCP 1-2 tenant, Quality Choice, after harvesting an estimated $3,000,000 in value of product in November and following the advice of Tim Beall and their attorney, Sean McAllister, decided not to pay any rent, or even vacate the premises.

During harvest, Quality Choice gave GCP 1 a series of promises to pay and varying excuses why they haven't. Apparently, all a ruse so they could complete the harvest and remove it from the premises. See email below on November 9, 2017 when they were in the middle of the harvest. Brian Hatfield, the author of the email, is the owner of Quality Choice. Scott Meiklejohn is one our attorneys.

Scott we want to have a meeting with GCP1 board to pay them rent directly the owners of the greenhouse to make absolutely sure we do not go in default.

Our attorneys have filed a motion for an expedited hearing within 7 days with the Pueblo County Courts to evict Quality Choice, grant possession of the greenhouse and recover past due rent in excess of $1,000,000.
