this is a matched market. where ever your order was was not matched. other brokers can't see what you have at your brokerage and mm's aren't going around looking for matches since they make no money for facilitating a trade.
Welcome to the grey market. No bid/ask. No best execution. Ripe for manipulative wash trades, since matched trades only. Most brokers will only execute internal orders and not lift a finger to look elsewhere.
PPS in a grey is almost meaningless. Only question is whether there is volume...and what direction that liquidity is going.
It will all be a moot point pretty soon anyways since it will disappear when it is revoked.
