HALT!!!!!! I believe you saw the 200 count on the registry follow up trial. I still see 240 etc.. on the trial that counts for everything. Those dates on FDA website do not correspond to actual last real updates as a general rule either as I recall. Last but not least, Simpson would likely be making some vocal noise on a positive like that.
Forget patent noise as well, my memory is Simpson never moaned explicitly over patent control since never an issue for when a debt is cleared.
