Sure...if Helpcomm had “cash” in the bank and that is how Cellucci best thought it could be deployed. But if they don’t have sufficient positive operational cashflow they would just have to go back to the well at some point for more CD’s. The first order of business would be to keep from having to access more and so using Helpcomm’s cash to do that would be smarter.
But....given the Helpcmom folks did the deal for almost all stock in a otc pink sheet they likely didn’t have much cash in the bank at the time. We will know for sure when the Reg S-X 8K is filed with the Helpcomm fins in late March.
