yes i did for over a year, every time i would reach out to rick he would say something should come out shortly then he gave me a time frame like a month or so. then i would follow past one month and of course he would say the same deals are worked on and something will come out shortly. last month i contacted john he kept saying the same thing, we are working on a deal and audits a doing the financial. they are a joke, they've been telling me same crap for more than a year, same crap with deal same crap with financial. they are incompetent to say the least, and not sure why would anyone even trust these two they are just liars.
