Latest verified TA share update shows they already increased outstanding by 40% since December 1. 15% just in the past month adding an additional ~500,000 shares and another ~200,000 just came off restriction, and it also appears they never reduced their authorized shares -- still at 1,000,000,000 shares.
He's going to need those shares to cover the new shares he's issuing to VPOR shareholders and executives, not to mention the toxic debt already in place, and the minimum $2,000,000 in convertible debt being transferred here from VPOR, and judging by his history that's just likely child's play and tip of the iceberg!
He is notorious for playing with Authorized and preferred shares, and saying he's going to reduce authorized only to turn around and increase it a couple months later, while blaming note holders needing reserve to be able convert toxic shares -- but almost always ends up needing to increase it over and over again. I'll post some 8-k's later.
Just take a look at PR's that said don't worry guys, it's only for reserve, which only resulted in multiple AS increases because he kept issuing toxic shares at massive discounts to the likes of Kramer, Magna, family members and multiple other toxic financiers that were willing to pony up cash for discounted shares.
Besides the existing toxic debt here that's obviously currently being converted and reflected in the 40% increase in outstanding count, and the new developments with millions of new shares being issued to VPOR common and series B shareholders -- I am going to guess the first domino that falls to initiate a chain reaction with issuing a ton of new shares is the Curt Kramer lawsuit, and that court order could be issued any day. That dude didn't get his rep by playing Mr. nice guy, and he eats serial diluters for lunch everyday.
