That's OK. That's what the board if for. But I would suggest that you review many of the corporate filings in MI (as I have), before you make your final opinion known.

Additionally, as you should know, if/when a corporation is dissolved, the Corp. Comm will issue a revocation of the Corp. Status (in most states) along with the Corporate ID number (in most states). You are correct, that if a Corporation does not meet its annual requirments, the state may dissolve the Corp. Status, if no request for an extension is filed.

This was not the point of the post. The point was, Petar was/is an officer of Consultech and he has/had a partner that I was not aware of (Coates). Lookin to connect the dots on the two.
