Regarding the default status...I mentioned this to the company this morning to make sure they are aware of it and can get that rectified.

On the Caveat Emptor...Company just published an attorney statement so OTC should have all they need to remove it and regain current status.

The company will be focusing on shareholder value in 2018 through planned growth and doing all it can to ensure stock price accurately reflects the company's value.

I'm not currently a shareholder but plan to grab a few once the CE flag is removed.
