it suggests to me, at bare minimum, that Vucicevich has been involved with this whole thing since the beginning.

that also means (IMO) he was around when the Reg D 504 financing was floated.

it also likely means (IMO) that Andrew Devries III was always involved too (around the same time that he jettisoned from Nannaco, leaving shareholders holding the bag).
