Me personally, I wouldn't buy solely on this. Even if it's legit, the PR only says "expressed interest" which is not a firm commitment to anything. It's a PR for a U.K. company on a U.K. website so I doubt anyone from ECCI really said anything but what was sent in to them from Tubig or wherever it originated. Time will only tell what is actually going to happen here.
