The company is buying back on the bid, causing the pps to drop, but most retail that is smart is selling on the ask. That has allowed to the pps to not go any lower than 3, as it has been hovering at 4's steadily. Hold until the next news is released and you'll see another spike. But the buyback effects won't be seen until the company announces the decreased OS/AS blah blah blah.
Not a get rich quick scheme. But a solid investing position.
