Since they are not suspended anymore, wouldn't that mean they are not revoked??
they are not revoked yet but they will be. the order i posted is a little misleading. the 1 year suspension they talk about is for exchange listed companies and doesn't apply to vmci. otc companies are just revoked.
revocation proceedings have already begun and the company has three possible scenarios.
1)the company responds to the sec and the sec and the alj will recommend that vmci accepts voluntary revocation. if they accept, that will leave the door open to re registering the shares at some point in the future once they have their auditing house in order. if they do that, revocation would come quickly.
2) they do not respond. in that case it will be revoked a little less quickly.
3) they fight revocation. in that case they will still be revoked but it will take longer.
