First $11 million from Pedder's company is a terrible thought to even mention. I was a huge fan of partnership from mid 2016 to July filing in 2017, but never stated as a certainty, as it was not.
An offering that bumps up share count significantly is counter to any buyout proposal, cutting deeply into the likely per share price. And some of these ideas have very little chance anyway, until enthusiastically supported by Simpson.
I think without evidence, b/o talk only distracts from the current story and from the likely best case scenario which is going it alone. Going it alone can go all wrong
