Remember the July 11th PR said they expect 50M authorized and 35M shares in the float when they are finished. No announcement to change that original plan yet.
Why all this discussion of naked shorting? Seems like bs and a waste of time to me. Also, all the bs about scams recently. If this is a scam, then it is a very elaborate one for a relatively small amount of money imho.
