Kabila government in process of renigging on 10 year royalty exemption rule. Their commie legislature has passed a bill to cancel the exemption, raise taxes on the mining companies, and increase royalty rates. Just remember, Africans never fail to disappoint when it comes to snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. Entire continent is corrupt without exception. Only loyalties are to their tribes or extended families. Never mind mining companies spend billions upon billions locating the resources, then give the countries a fair deal that still allows profits for all their investment and risk.
