As I have noted before, I believe the stock is being carefully kept below .04 since passing that point could could cause a buying offensive that MMs will have a lot of trouble containing. It will take heavy volume to really move USRM.
We may not pass .04 until after the next earnings announcement or other significant news such as a partnership, or RMAT update.
On the other hand we may get the volume for other reasons, even on simple awareness of the tremendous potential.
On the plus side, we are looking very strong at this level.
