Digesters sell for 550k, 40% equals $220k. LRS buys another 8 as they said they would, that is $1.7 million. ECOS debt was cut in half according to the last 10Q (3rd quarter 2017). Depending on what you believe, what has the last 2.5 billion (last 30 days) issued been used for? My opinion, Fifes debt is being converted to equity to bring the debt down more. Any revenue hit the 10k that is due for 2017 or the 10Q for Q1 2018 and ECOS will pop in my opinion.
