I would think it all depends on the closing price. So say if Next IPO is $4 and UATG closes the last day at .01 and you have 1,000,000 UATG shares which is valued at $10k. You would get 4/.01 = 400. 1,000,000 /400 = 2500.

You would receive 2500 Next shares at $4 valued at $10k
