I'm with DJ, some of us are long term hold people anyway and don't give a sh.. about day to day action. Long term this stock will beat most OTC stocks out there. I am fine with unaudited financial statements. If an auditor is involved with the process that says a lot. They wouldn't be needing any information from former CEO if auditor wasn't specifically asking for it.
