Much like the last few years, money was probably raised from all the seedy penny stock manipulators like Dutchess, IRTH Communications and all of their crooked side car affiliates. Just compared the recent investor list with the past toxic deals and I am sure you will see the same players - many already on the SEC watch list! They get the fee trading stock cheap, pay for the promotions and unload on the naive public by putting out misleading news that has no bearing on building a sustainable company. All they o is raise money with discounted shares to keep these worthless stoners employed.
There is a reason they do not have an office - they have no business or real employees.
