$ CHIT. Everyone should know that such MM,s as VFIN,VDMN,BMIC and the list and list goes on & on are diluters but know one can teach others to trade stocks on a open stock board and anyone trying to trade penny stocks and knowing how to read it should be doing something else IMO. Alot of DD should be done on a Stock before Buying not after buying JMO. It might help for you to go back and read past 8-K and other filings to learn about any Companys History before Buying Shares as i find that very helpful. http://www.cherubiminterests.com/
