you do realize that companies buy struggling businesses all the time, right? that is exactly how the lbo market began. obviously, rnva management thinks they can run a leaner ship to make the business profitable by adding it to their portfolio of assets. a lot of businesses could be profitable, but are just led and managed by the wrong people.
